Any Ideas On What Activity I Could Present At An Interview For Working With Children On Cruise Ships?

I must present an activity for 5-8year olds at an interview – the post is to work with children that will be on holiday aboard cruise ships, it must be fun! I have only 3 minutes to present..any suggestions?!
