Cruising On The P&o Oceana Is There Any Detectable Vibration From The Propulsion System. How Was The Service?

The Oceana (built in 2000) does not have the pod propulsion system which is fitted to many of the most modern cruise ships. Pod propulsion is virtually vibration free, whereas a conventional prop shaft always seems to transmit vibration to some degree.
I have heard mixed reports on the attitude of some P&O staff, hence my enquiry about the standard of service.
