When Is The First Teen Club Thing On A Royal Caribbean Cruise?

Is it on the first night of the cruise? And I’m going on a independace of the seas, I’m 16 and want to make friends on board that’s why I ask!! Any other ways to make friends would be appreciated :) thanks
